Presidential hopeful Mr Tan Kin Lian to speak at Black Picnic Protest

President hopeful Mr Tan Kin Lian has confirmed that he will be speaking at the Black Picnic Protest organised by an NGO, transitioning.org.
CPF issues and grouses are expected to take center-stage at the event organised by Mr Gilbert Goh, to be held at Hong Lim Park on 25th June 2011 from 5pm to 7pm.
Mr Goh contested in the recent election under the banner of NSP where his team garnered a respectable 43 percent of the votes in Tampines GRC.
Mr Tan is the former CEO of a cooperative – NTUC INCOME.
Besides Mr Tan, the other speakers are Mr Tony Tan Lay Thiam and Ms Jeanette Chong-Aruldoss who contested in the general election as well.
