Thank you for all your vote and kind words of support.Thank you for the photo. I am sorry if I let you down by leaving the party. I thought I owe you an explanation on what happened.

From the big picture point of view, I am happy to be part of a movement that did change Singaporeans and the PAP. I will forever be proud to be part of that great 2011 GE.

Unfortunately after the election,I was caught in the leadership tussle. Low Thai Khiang gave me his word to me before the elections that he would support my NCMP ship if my EA team qualified for it. He admitted that he changed his mind to the entire CEC including Sylvia when I challenged him before they took the vote for who should be the NCMP. Despite knowing this , the CEC still voted for Low's new choice instead of me. I cannot stay and work with such people when they have lost their values just when we tasted victory. I cannot tell the public that I left because the leader broke his word and the CEC endorsed it.As a result I took the beating from the public for being piety in resigning over the NCMP issue.
Sorry I took some time to respond as I needed time for the wounds to heal.

I am sure you are very upset & disappointed with the whole situation! 

Gerald should have been gracious enough NOT to accept that NCMP post and insisted that you be rightfully given it!!
